Bluegreen is pleased to announce that we have received a 2015 Merit Award for Design from Colorado ASLA for our successful realization of the Aspen Art Museum streetscape. From the selection of a native plant palette that references regional assemblages, to wooden bench paneling that assumes a liquid quality, the design features simple, honest materials that are true to their origins, yet inspired in their applications.

The Rubey Park Transit Center remodel, which is currently under construction, embraces sustainable initiatives such as a green roof integrated with solar panels and a green wall system enveloping the architecture. The site design greatly improves vehicle, bus and pedestrian circulation through the elimination of barriers, bettering of sightlines, and minimization of circulation conflicts.
