Joining Bluegreen as Head of Operations in 2026, Shaun brings twenty years of operational leadership experience rooted entirely in the Roaring Fork Valley. His career began in hospitality at the Crestwood Condominiums in Snowmass Village, where he grew from the sales and marketing department to General Manager, ultimately leading the team at The Crestwood, one of Snowmass Village's largest and most established condominium resorts. Most recently Shaun served as Director of Operations at Boulder Boat Works in Carbondale, a bespoke custom drift boat manufacturer, where he built operational infrastructure from the ground up and developed new strategies that measurably improved efficiency and margins across the business. Drawn to craft driven organizations where great work and thoughtful operations go hand in hand, Shaun is excited to bring that experience to the Bluegreen team. When he's not working, you'll find him with his family fly fishing, skiing, or mountain biking. Those pursuits have given him a deep appreciation for the landscapes Bluegreen works to steward and preserve.
