Cloe is a Project Manager at Bluegreen, where her practice bridges her two main passions: design and the outdoors. She has shaped and delivered projects across North America – from parks that redefine urban life, to campuses that foster connection, to residential developments designed for resilience – all while balancing vision with precision. Rooted in Montreal (Canada), she earned a bachelor’s in Environmental Design in 2015 and a master’s in Landscape Architecture in 2018. Since then, she has built a portfolio spanning institutional, civic, and mixed-use projects, where landscapes extend beyond aesthetics, becoming meaningful as people live and gather. Off the clock, she can be found road cycling, mountain biking, trail running, and hiking along the Southern California coast. Experiencing landscapes in motion shapes and informs her approach to design, giving her a deeper understanding of how people interact with space and terrain.
